Gluten free grilled chicken burger
Ingredients ( for 2 people )
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of lemon
2 teaspoons old-fashioned mustard
2 teaspoons of honey
salt and pepper
1 avocado cut into cubes
A few cherry tomatoes cut in 4
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
1 dash of olive oil
1. Mix the marinade ingredients and place the chicken breasts in it for about 20 minutes.
2. While the chicken breasts are marinating prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients together.
3. Place your marinated chicken breasts on the grill and grill on each side until the internal temperature is 165F.
4. Cut the homemade gluten-free hamburger buns in half and top with the chicken and the filling.
5. Voila! Enjoy your food!
