This flour is so good that I had to learn French to order it!. It's leagues above every other gluten free flour we have ever tried and we have been buying it for years now and telling everyone we know. My daughter's do the baking in my home and they use regular recipes and have no additional adjustments or substitutions. It always works, and it tastes great for the other 4 people in my home who are not gluten free.
