INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Prepare the batter
In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar.
Add the Cannelle gluten-free all-purpose flour, shredded coconut, milk, vanilla, lemon juice, and zest.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Pour into the pan
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
4. Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the top is lightly golden.
